Over the last six months, I’ve stayed at this Hampton Inn & Suites Atlanta Airport West/Camp Creek location multiple times, as I was flying back and forth to take care of a family member. Each time I stayed here, I was greeted with warmth from Grace at the front desk. She is very personable and even asked about my Loved One who recently passed. Sophia would take care of me during breakfast given my food allergies. She would even make alternatives to keep me safe. Jose would make sure rooms were cleaned and set for early check-ins. There’s other staff who have been wonderful as well. The location is great, but the people working here are the hidden gems. I will definitely be returning whenever I return to ATL.
The hotel front staff was very helpful. The housekeeping staff was polite and attentive to our needs. The breakfast staff was super kind & friendly. The room size was huge. All well-keep furniture. The bathroom was clean and newly renovated. There is plenty of handicap parking. The only takeaway was that the fitting sheet on the king-size bed was too small.
No issue here. Great shower. Rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. Weight room has dumbbells up to 75 lbs.
Very nice rooms close to 285 and the Domestic Terminal at Atlanta Airport. Very convenient to off-site parking for the airport. Breakfast was excellent
Second or third time I have stayed at this location. The room was good, bed was comfy. Breakfast was OK, the coffee was very good for hotel coffee. Grace checked me in every time, professional, friendly, very helpful. Have me some dinner suggestions also. I would recommend this property to everyone.
I am traveling amidst the worst recorded day from staffing shortages due to the government shutdown and I like thousands of others missed my connection in Atlanta. I ended up booking at this hotel as it was the only hotel I could find that had vacancy and so did many others. When I arrived at 12:30am there was a literal line out the door of weary travelers trying to checkin. The person at the front desk, Key was incredible. She was efficient, kind, calm and managed the situation incredibly well. This young lady is going places because she is clearly intelligent, emotionally calm under stress and gets the job done. Not many would have been so composed and focused to serve so many grumpy / tired people at this late hour as well as she did. Overall, the hotel is close to the airport and clean. Nothing fancy but just want was needed! Well done Key!!
Very much love this place I will def be back, Breakfast is okay lots of assorted things to eat and any time I had a question front desk answered it love it and there was no problems with my room bed comfy and room clean and bathroom clean.
Great location and very friendly desk staff and breakfast staff. I had a king suite and the room was spacious, very clean and the bed was VERY comfortable. Breakfast was opened a few moments early and delicious. Omelets, potatos, sausage and lots of cereal and oatmeal. I will note that you can hear the planes take off, but it wasnt so loud it kept me up. I will stay here again when I come back to buy another vehicle.
